New to sugaring? We've got you covered. Our Beginner Sugaring Kit has everything you need to become a total pro. Our sugar waxing kit includes:
- 12oz Sugaring Paste
- 4oz Sugar Powder
- 20 Sugaring Strips
How to use:
Ideally, your hair should be the size of a large sprinkle or grain of rice for sugaring. Usually two weeks after your last shave is the perfect time to sugar!
Warm your sugaring paste in the microwave in 10 second increments until room temperature. You never want the sugar to be hot, it should not be warmer than body temperature. The hotter your sugar wax is, the more difficult it is to work with!
Apply the sugar powder to your skin to absorb any moisture. Sugar paste can't stick to damp skin.
Lastly, mold the sugar paste onto your skin + flick it off in the same direction of your hair growth. The tutorial on how to properly do this is below. Please note, this technique takes some practice. If you are having trouble, simply apply a sugaring strip, press down firmly on the area, and remove the strip in the same direction of your hair growth : )
Why you'll love sugaring:
Unlike wax, sugaring is made with three simple ingredients: lemon + sugar + water. Therefore, sugaring is incredible for those with sensitive skin!
Removing hair in the natural direction prevents ingrown hairs & early re-growth.
Because the sugar wax should never be hot (only room temperature) there is less chance of burning your skin like traditional wax will.
